Safaris are life! I got my first taste for the safari life almost a decade ago when I studied abroad in Kenya, and ever since I caught safari fever I’ve been exploring Africa every chance I get. Having now been on countless game viewing expeditions, I created my social media channels to share what I’ve learned over the years so you can optimize your safari planning experience. Today, I’m a safari travel advisor who can help you design and book your bespoke safari experience.

EcoTravel Content Creator: Safaris, unique wildlife tours, beautiful details of the natural world that deserve to be appreciated – I feature eco experiences all around the world. Welcome to the nature nerd corner of the internet where I host my own ‘nature show.’ I strive to make content that informs, inspires, and illuminates our collective responsibility to the wild. Find me on YouTubeTiktok, and Instagram to follow the worldwide adventures!

There’s nothing I enjoy more than creating engaging content about natural destinations. Highlighting their unique nature, their special ecosystems, and why it’s significant as a traveler to be able to explore them are topics that fill my cup. I create short-form content covering wildlife, ecotourism, and conservation topics on video sharing apps like Instagram and Tiktok, and post long-form content on YouTube. Whether you prefer bite-sized features or enjoy coming along for the full experience, I love bringing you along for the adventures.

Media Producer: I’ve always had a knack for video, producing, and editing. This passion for media creation has allowed me to work with an international range of companies, products, and events. Explore my recent work by finding my video resume, video projects page, and photography portfolio.

Content creation in its many forms has been a huge part of life. I started a videographer business at age 16, creating promotional content for a range of local clients. Then one day, I became my own client. I started utilizing this media skills to promote my own services and platforms. Fusing together 1) conservation 2) ecotravel and 3) content creation has been the ultimate triple threat. I’m blessed to include all three of these passions into my current work.

Author: I’ve always loved storytelling, and have a collection of creative stories trapped in my head. In 2021 I decided to bring one of those stories to life by writing and publishing my first novel. BON VOYAGE is a comedy adventure novel that takes readers on a trip around the world. If you’re curious to learn more about this book and order your copy, click here

My Origin Story: I hailed from the mountains of Glacier National Park, my home and happy place. As a native Montanan, I’ve been blessed to live in an area that has abundant wilderness. Exploring this wild backcountry sparked a deep curiosity for the vast outdoors and prompted me to take a deeper look at its connected ecosystem. I love being home, immersing in the park’s alpine hills, watching native wildlife, and climbing to views from its towering peaks.

If you know me, you know I’ve always had an obsession for wildlife, zoos, and conservation. At age 9, I crafted a miniature zoo replica that took over my family’s living room floor. Using animal figurines and anything else I could find, I designed model zoos that continued to grow and renovate for five years. This passion struck the attention of TV animal personality Jungle Jack Hanna, who recruited me to host a kid’s internet radio show all about wildlife education.

Lasting for ten years, Jungle Jack’s Zooniacs took me around the country to interview professionals, go behind the scenes at zoos and aquariums, and visit countless animal sanctuaries. Since then, my passion for conservation has matured to an international level, and has taken me to places like South Africa where I was a research volunteer on a private game reserve for two months. As my passion continues to grow, I aim to further involve myself in media production related to conservation.

Life is a journey and I’m on a pretty wild one. I look back at a series of transformative experiences that shaped the person and working professional I am today. Impactful experiences that led me to where I am today include 1) hosting a kid’s podcast for ten years alongside TV personality Jack Hanna 2) volunteering for a summer at a wildlife research base in South Africa 3) Finding any which way to go on safari in East Africa, bar none 4) witnessing wild mountain gorillas in Uganda for the first time, making an impressionable impact on my sense of purpose 5) working under a luxury travel advisor in Rome, Italy for a full year 6) Collaborating with @hotel, a travel media agency that gave me the opportunity to work with international tourism boards and hospitality brands 7) creating a strong, trusted network of tour operators in Africa that allow me to provide radical hospitality to safari clients.

Video Resume: Please enjoy this 3-minute video resume. Although it’s quite outdated (edited in 2021) I still believe it captures my spirit.
